I'm not good at math so the question is ac legg says 3 tablespoons to 5 pounds of meat, so how many tablespoons to 7lbs.?

assuming your spices are 15g per tablespoon, then id say you need 64g for 7lb. but you should probably check the weight of the seasoning.

3 TBS / 5#'s = 0.6 TBS per pound..... 0.6 X 7 = 4.2 TBS per 7#'s....
1 tsp. = 0.33 TBS..... So... 4 TBS + 1/3 tsp = ~ 4.3 TBS...
