The annual fantasy draft is coming up so it is about time to get some pulled pork ready for it
Last night I rubbed the two shoulders down with mustard and Joe's Kansas City Big Meat Seasoning. I was pretty excited to find a local place that carries this now. Previously I had to order on line or drove down to KC
Got up a little after 5:30am and fired up the Pitboss, applied a little more seasoning and got them on about 6am. Now off to my morning routine and work before I probe them in about 4 hours.
