... heart attack Saturday morning, January 19, 2020 at 4 am in the morning, had to call 911 to rush to me and transport me in the ambulance, short of breath and pulse at 107 BPM, scared the living crap out of me and blood work proved elevated levels consistent with another major heart attack. Had another procedure in the Cath Lab showing further damage and shortening my lifespan to 1-2 years, if that! So much for long health! But, I hope I have given everybody insight to curing and smoking done on a family-owned meat business!

Happy to know you are home. I grew up with a guy who's Father suffered a major heart attack and got a Quadruple Bypass. He was told he only had a couple of years left. That was THIRTY YEARS AGO! Looking at what you have lived through already, maybe your Doctor is off by who knows how long.
As soon as you start feeling better, start planning your next Cruise. The Alaska Cruise looks pretty spectacular...JJ

Glad you are home resting. You’ve certainly shared a LOT. Not a week goes buy that our family doesn’t enjoy something as a result of your sharing. Plenty of my friends families would say the same as I have shared with them the recipes and process. Enjoy every day and keep positive.
