And another great build by Joel,

Thing of beauty , and Jim will be proud to own and cook on this for many years.

Thank you David! It's been a lot of fun to build this - a big thanks to Jim for allowing me the honor! And the kind words are much appreciated, my friend!

Awesome design @seenred

That looks like an absolute pleasure to cook on. Amazing.

Just to wrap up this thread and put a bow on it...

Jim's grill is finally on it's way home to South Carolina! Jim and I discussed just about every option for getting this grill from Oklahoma to South Carolina. We talked about me delivering it to him...or meeting him somewhere about halfway. Or about him just coming to Oklahoma to pick it up himself. After exploring some delivery service options, he decided he could have it picked up and delivered for less cost and trouble than other options.

So his driver picked it up late yesterday afternoon. He did a decent job of wrapping it up so it wouldn't get scratched.

The guy seems to know his stuff - he had a spot saved that was just the right size on the back of his trailer.

All buttoned up, and off for a road trip to Carolina!

If I'm being honest, it was a little bittersweet to see it go! Like with all my other builds, it's kinda like saying goodbye to one of my children LOL!

So...Jim @JIMSMOKES ...

I'll be looking for an update from ya! Not sure how long it'll be until he delivers it to you...but I'm hoping you'll be posting a new thread with pics of the new owner showing it off. And soon after that...let's see some cooking threads! :emoji_fingers_crossed::emoji_thumbsup::emoji_thumbsup:

And one last THANKS to all my friends that have followed this build from the beginning - You guys are awesome!

Rest assured Joel I'll take care of it. Just like it's somebody else kid in my care!
Not sure if he'll get here tomorrow or Monday. I'll definitely be posting pics!
As my luck would have it. It's supposed to be raining for the next week.
