Doing some serious smoking this Saturday. Picked up the following:
- 8.5 # natural beef brisket
- 4 natural St. Louis cut pork rib racks
- 1 chicken
- 20 jalapenas and fixin's for making ABTs
Going with a pre-made rub this time from B&W meat here in Houston. I'll update once the meat is on the smoker early Saturday morning! :grilling_smilie:
