Smokin up some St. Louis style ribs on this Beautiful Saturday. 4 racks for some friends and I. All our wives are on trips so it is a Bachelor weekend,😂😂! Not very often that happens. Rubbed with olive oil and MC holy gospel and Kinders brown sugar. Checked out a website called @grillingfools.com and he had a rib cook doing a foil boat method. I have never done that so thought I would give it a try! I had some Brats in the freezer from a local company and threw them also.

Everything is looking good so far! Smelling amazing! Foil boat seems to be doing good. I added butter honey and a drizzle 🌧️ of Kinders organic BBQ sauce to the foil with meat side down. It’s good stuff. No artificial ingredients or sweeteners.

Ribs came out really good. No plate shot as everyone was hungry and just dug in. Served up with beans and potato salad.

Looks good! I really like Kinders brown sugar rub. About as good as Jeff's rib rub when I'm too lazy to make some up.

Man that looks good!! I'm cooking Supper now and trying not to snack myself out of an appetite, and you gotta throw this up for me to see? :emoji_laughing:
