The dry rub with local coastal hardwood made for the best ribs I (and many of my coworkers) have ever eaten!!! No doubt! no question! Thanks! I'll up the heat next time for personal use.
Grilled up some Grouper tonight from the freezer. A little olive oil & honey (plus seasoning) and topped it with a little 'dry rub' to taste... OMG!! I might have to get a boat again!
