  1. The dry rub with local coastal hardwood made for the best ribs I (and many of my coworkers) have ever eaten!!! No doubt! no question! Thanks! I'll up the heat next time for personal use.

  4. Grilled up some Grouper tonight from the freezer. A little olive oil & honey (plus seasoning) and topped it with a little 'dry rub' to taste... OMG!!  I might have to get a boat again!
