I own a Green Mountain Grill portable pellet smoker but I may sell it because I've used it several times and it just never seems to cook things evenly. Never had issues when I owned a full size smoker, so I'm thinking there might be a better option out there.

(I moved into a rental but I camp alot, hence the portable smoker) May just go back to charcoal and could always just throw some chips or a chunk into the coals lol
