Yellowtail merlot for me. Nice and simple haha. Love it. Haven’t explored much but been drinking it for about 10 years. Anyone have anything to compare it to taste wise to try out

LOL!
In my teens and even early twenties I too partook of more than a few bottles of MD 20/20, Wild Irish Rose and Boones Farms Strawberry Hill.
That stuff is Kool-Aid with alcohol and a nasty hangover.

As for when I drank the real stuff, I liked a nice Red, a bold Cabernet Sauvignon.

But I haven't partook in any alcoholic beverages in over 25 years so I can't really say I have a favorite.

Not super Picky.
Best Value, Peter Vella box wines. Let's me have a glass or 2 and Cook with it, without having to drink a bottle. Though, depending whose around, it's not a problem that my kids won't remedy.
Favorite Imported Bottle, Banfi Col di Sasso of Tuscany. A Sangiovese and Cabernet Blend that has a great Nose with flavors of Black Cherry, Ripe Berries, Smoke and has a lot of Legs. One of those that the Flavor is well described be the description. It's not expensive at $10-$15 a bottle.
Favorite PA Winery, Nissley Vineyards. A small family operation that makes some great wine. I use to live just a few miles away and became friends with the patriarch, Richard Nissley. He loved to show off those Special Reserve, Family Only, bottles. A couple of glasses and " I " was Family and given a bottle to take home. But, Sadly, 30 years later Richard has passed and I live 4 hours West. Nissley makes several different styles of wine but the State owned Liquor stores only carries 3 or 4 and none I'm crazy about.
In days gone by, 70's early 80's, it was BOONE'S FARM, WILD MOUNTAIN GRAPE! Got some FUN stories courtesy of Boone's Farm, but this is a Family Friendly Forum!😉...JJ

I grew up learning to make wine so my favorites are the wines (mostly reds, but I've made some white before) we make. I actually have a press in my basement that's been in the family so long that my grandfather used to come home from school as a boy and part of his "job" was to give it a turn. Pop was born in 1915 and that press was in the family long before him...
My favorites that I've made are Montepulciano, Old Vine Zin, and an 80/20 blend of Barbera and Cabernet that my buddy and I threw together one year.
Commercial wines I've come to like are Blackstone Merlot, Seven Deadly Zins, and a really nice Beringer Bourbon Barrel aged Cabernet. For a really inexpensive but very drinkable table wine, Opici's Barberone is about as close to a homemade style wine as I've ever had from a store.

Favorite...tough question, there are many. Love reds, red blends, cabs, pinot noir, man I could hardly pic one.

Claret Cabernet is a fav.
Planet Oregon Pinot noir.
Oaky Chards.
dry …OMG i love a dry Italian with my pizza and pasta. Chianti its not a fav exactly.

Nothing sweet or looks like water...with like sauvignon blank - thats like watery sweet grossness.

But a nice glass or bourbon will do any given time. I kinda like it all I guess.
