Hello my fellow smoker enthusiasts. I just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully learn more smoking tips and ideas. Well, I just recently retired from the US Army after 21 years. I have a little time on my hands now, and I wanted to get into smoking. This past father's day my wife got me the Masterbuilt Pro duel propane smoker. Now, me being a beginner you can imagine my shock to see this Smoker, a bit overwhelming. So here I am! I want to learn and share with you guys how to really Smoke, I think my Family and friends will enjoy your input as they will be the benefactors of your wisdom.
