Names Jordan, I posted for the first time yesterday in the sausage thread, looking for some help with snack sticks. I live in NW Ohio near the shores of Lake Erie. I got my first smoker about 5 years ago when I started hunting. I was determined to do all of my own processing from the start. My main area of interest is sausage and jerky, although I don’t have a lot of batches under my belt. I have a MES 40 that I upgraded with a Auber PID and auber fan kit. I also use the masterbuilt slow smoker attachment. I’ve probably gotten about 99% of my knowledge on smoking from you all and would like to thank you greatly. There is a wealth of knowledge here that I would otherwise have no access too. I’m looking forward to continue to learn and ask more questions, now that I got my first post out of the way.
