Valentine's dinner tonight... was going for a red theme, but then screwed it up with white wine. Had a rubbed smoked salmon with a buttery garlic glaze with cauliflower rice with butter and sauteed onion.

Nice! Salmon always looks so good and I have prepared it for others, hundreds of times. But, I just can't develop a taste for it...JJ
I can see that but it us a fan favorite at my hine... And can be done in many different flavors, just like chicken wings.
