Started off at 10:30am and ended at 3 or so. Brined in water, salt, brown sugar, garlic, onion, and celery salt over night. Rubed one in rosemary, pepper, salt, olive oil, and garlic and the other in Webers sweet and spicey rub. Here is the Q-View.
