Hi there. I’m a lifetime bbq’er and about ten year traeger owner. Started with the century 22 from Costco. Just bought a Timberline 850 about a month ago. I’m a little frustrated with the grease system I have in the new Timberline. I’m not sure if it’s user error, I’m missing a piece or what but my grease liner doesn’t fill up. Now I’m referring to the internal liner under the unit that’s tucked away in a drawer. I’ve included pictures of the inside set up. I’m hoping someone can guide me there. I appreciate the help and look forward to sharing recipes and info.
Ok, update. Called Traeger the are sending me a new TGMS, grease management system. Honestly customer service is awesome at traeger. They’ve sent out new parts at no cost to me every time there’s been an issue.
