Todays smoke.....well sort of... with Qview!!!!!

Still smoking the half bushel of oysters and prolly will be tomorrow too.

For a little something extra I put a couple links of Boykjos' awesome kielbasa in the MES. Using pecan today.

I gotta tell ya..it is marvelous... mmmmmm.. Chunky texture with lots of garlic and whatever else he puts in it!!!

It is as good as my andouille!!!

It is tasty..  a basic kielbasa recipe is very close.

Almost as good as my andouille... heheheheheh and I shared the recipe!!
