There's something special about that TBS calmly weeping out from the stack to accompany the sunrise. Got 3 racks going in for my girls b-day party. Should be a great day!!

I was in a rush and just picked up some Weber Kansas rub. 2-2-1 worked great last time.

Off we go!!

Looks like good pullback from the bone, did you foil them at all? What temp was the smoker at and how long?

I did 2 hours with pecan/apple mix, no foil. After that I did 2 hours with the crutch (wrapped in foil). I put some light brown sugar, butter, and honey on both sides. Wrapped em up with the bones up. After that they went in for one more hour with a coat Sweet Baby Rays. Total of 5 hours, at 230-240*. My best work yet. They didn't last long.
