Haven't tried these in awhile, simple SPOG + smoked paprika, Indian cumin, and a little cayenne. My go to seasoning for beef. Only seasoned one side as back side was all bone, fat, membrane, did not remove membrane. Traeger set at 250 got a smoke tube and water pan. Hickory Q’Pellets, I’ll see how it goes.

Thanks fellas, just wrapped in foil with some Parkay and a little Sriracha, they aren’t the beef ribs I normally get, we’ll see what happens. Sister and family coming over around 8, not going to sauce them.

Haha I said the same thing when I opened up the package. Had to do a little fat whittling too. Like I said, not the beef ribs I’m used to. Lots of good stuff in my bucket right now though.
