Wife took a couple packs of steaks out of the freezer and a couple pounds of ground beef. Fired little Jake up with Oak wood and once it settled in switched to hickory logs to cook.
Ran the temp around 260 and took about 45 min for steaks to get done.
Let them rest before serving with Brussel sprouts and ranch style canned beans.
Man these came out good.
Burgers took about 8 min longer then the steaks.
