When the going gets tough smoke what ya got!I just couldn't battle the post blizzard stupidity of going to get groceries so spam it is!

Put two loaves of low sodium spam rolled around in a saltless Jeff's rub in the MES with a 1/2 tube of apple dust.This will be sliced and then grilled either on the Q or CI skillet.Will post up later or tomorrow as this might be breakfast.

Right at the end of the Bengals/Chiefs game.

Smoked then grilled Spam,wings and chili.Nothing special yet all three together equals yumminess after a long day of moving snow.

Smoked and grilled!Spam is so versatile and its really very good when done this way.

From what you've posted about scrapple I gotta smoke and grill some.Still keeping my eye out for it.

Yup---I never had "Smoked Scrapple", but it's bound to be Damn Good!!

Sometimes spam hits the spot!!.. Ive made "spam burnt ends" before that turned out awesome!.. I like to make sliders with it too.. Grill slices of it and glaze in Teriyaki at the end. Grill some pineapple along with it then put it on a Hawaiian roll with some caramelized onions... Good stuff!!!
 
My son makes smoked Spam in a Big Green Egg. The whole block of spam smoked for 2 hours. His
is very good with scrambled eggs. One of my projects with my Asmoke 300.
