I got a Rec-Tec a few weeks ago.

So far I love it.

Super easy. Grates fit in the kitchen sink so cleanup is a breeze.

So far we have smoked some ribs, salmon, linguica (Portuguese sausage)

We also grilled a steak which turned out great, I just gotta get thru my head that it takes longer than 6 minutes, but that is what the thermometer is for.

We will be roasting a duck this weekend.

Looking for pelletheads in the las vegas area to split a pallet of pellets.

From my reasearch online, cookinpellets or lumberjack seem to be really good options and they run about 50 cents a pound (including delivery) when ordered by the ton. If anyone is interested, let me know!
