Two racks BB's rubbed identical. Only differance pulled membrane on one rack. My test to see if makes differance on moisture. 12pm

Now something I wanted to try. Every episode of bbq pitmaters on destination channel I see them putting squeeze butter on ribs claiming adding moisture. So thought I would give it a try. Don't see it hurting any thing.

Had a little fun with it. Rain and lighting and thunder has set in. 3pm

Just unwrapped 4;45pm and poured the foil juice on them.

Figuring on pulling around 6pm or so. Smomer been running in the 220 250 range. Wind and rain forces dampers open more than usual.

Those look amazing! Good thing you put vols on it and didn't have to try Cornhuskers (no I'm not a fan, from Iowa...daughter on other hand?) But interested in what you think between the two

Well wife and I in our grand opinion with years of bbq judging wisdom under our belts came to a decision of ain't squat difference to us. Edge might go to membrane on but not enough to argue or claim a better way.
Left on on left.
