Thank you about the pictures of the place. We love it here and try to enjoy it as often as we can.

Now about women, the loves of our lives, I am so confused all the time. . But its all good , so she tells me .

I noticed you have been busy elsewhere lately , but that is life. We must keep doing .

Ribs were good , and yes they were for snacks , I love them cold also . So when ever I do a drive by in the kitchen. I normally just grab one to snack on .
Plus also sliced 3 up for my supper the next day mixed with rice and onions . Fried in the ci with some SBR to wet it all up.

But yes Mona likes to call me Jethro, lol

I'm smoking my first batch of ribs on the new Traeger tomorrow with cherry pellets. I pulled a jar of gifted apple butter out of the pantry this evening and was considering using it for a binder, glad I'm on the right track!

Hello , sounds like a plan for sure. I don't always use a binder on things . But if say I use mustard or whatever i don't really notice the flavour over what ever i put on for a rub or glaze.
But that is me .

So in saying that I love Apple Butter but if you wanted to have it as a flavour on your finished ribs i would use it as a finish . apple butter is very nice but a very mild flavour and I think it would get lost as a binder.

What ever you do I am sure the ribs will be great, post up what you do and how they turn out.
