Pork Tenderloin

    Here is a pork tenderloin I smoked.  It was rubbed with a basic KC rub and put in the fridge overnight.  I smoked it at 225 for an hour or so to and internal temp of 125.  It then got seared in a frying pan and ending up with an internal temp of 140.  It was juicy and delicious!

    Very nice. I prefer the Tenderloin to the Loin any day...JJ
