My wife Chrystal getting pretty good at making oven baked shotgun shells.
Must be a secret Amish recipe :emoji_astonished:
She using Hunters Pride bbq sauce.

Your wife did an awesome job on those! I've only made them once.

Thanks all.

She found a better way to make them.

Mix everything and stuff the shells overnight, moisture from the meat softens the shells.
 
I will post her recipe when she gets it for me.
 
Here is her recipe, said she got it from a cooking site and did her own tweaking.

Guess shells are bigger than I envisioned if you can stuff 2.5 pounds of meat in 1 pkg of shells .
I've been looking at them online, and ones I looked at said serving size 3 with 4.5 servings/box.
That would be about 13 shells.
