NY Strip Steak (Wild Fork to Ninja)


I had to give a few things a Try:
#1. A New York Strip Steak from Wild Fork came in at about 1 pound.
#2. I got some Shrooms from My Buddy “@jcam222”.
He saw me crying about no Morels being seen around my neck of the woods, so he sent me some.
They were very good, and not that hard to re-hydrate.
I only used half of the Shrooms, so I’ll have some left for my “Wild Fork Burgers” I got.

Great looking steak for sure.

In so lucky that we have a local farm that has a huge indoor mushroom grow.

That's Cranberry Sauce. I've always loved it, but wondered why we only eat it one day per year, so I changed that.
