noob from NC

been smokin for a couple years now.....far from a pro but the family calls me the smoke master so the eats must not be too bad.  Even the family dog enjoys it when I screw up on occasion.

   Im a backyard brinkmann offset babysitter and I dont believe in gas or electric smokers. Hope this site is more helpful to myself and others than a few of the other 'bbq snob' professional sites out there who have forgotten they were once a newbie as well.
