Central Florida.
My name is Bob, I am a retired Paramedic in central Florida.  I have been smoking for about the last 3 years.  I have a Brinkman gas smoker, and so far I am pleased with it after I learned to lower the temp from 300 degrees.  I try and smoke about once every couple of weeks.  I am still now very sure of myself on some things, but I am trying.  I just smoked a ham today.  That is one of my standbys.  I hope to learn, from more experienced smokers.
