Im a severe hardwood smoking enthusiast located in the Stillwater area, just east of the Twin Cities. I have been smoking for about 4 years now. I learned how to smoke from Aaron Franklin's masterclass and I pretty much haven't deviated from the way that he teaches. I am currently looking into upgrading to a commercial sized smoker for a business. I own BLU LU foods, a bbq sauce/hot sauce company that sells locally. Thanks for having me!
