Hello to all!!!! I live in northern Kentucky in the US. I have been seriously cooking for the last 3 years on Big Green Eggs. Got my first one, a Medium for Christmas of 2013 and I bought an XL after Christmas of 2015. I'm currently planning a grilling shed to house both along with a Blackstone grill and a propane burner/fish cooker setup. A complete outdoor kitchen sort of setup. I also frequent the BigGreenEgg EggHeadForum, so you may have seen me there by about the same name if you post there also. I am becoming interested in curing my own bacon and hope to find some good info here.
