Good morning friends. I need a well built smoker that can handle at least 12 slabs of ribs. I don’t really have a budget since I would pay more for quality but I don’t really want to spend $6-7000 either. I’ve considered lone star cabinets and ivs. Also the TMG fridge. The initial costs aren’t bad but the add-ons add up fast and usually sends me to the $8-10000 range. I’m leaning towards a drum. I’m currently running a Big Joe and 26” kettle. Can someone help me retain my sanity??!!

I have a TMG Copperhead and love it. But knowing then what I know now, the Fridge would be in my backyard. The lid on the Copperhead is heavy, as you'd expect, and as I've gotten older with bad shoulders, it's difficult to raise. The refrigerator style doors would be a big advantage. I'll also add that they are great people to talk to and deal with...

Sounds like a gravity fed cabinet style smoker would fill that bill easy.
