I have a question regarding moisture buildup.
Running a custom built electric smoker. Fully stainless.
Venturi smoke generator.
I smoke Olive Oil, Olives, Garlic and Salt... A lot of it.
I have a constant buildup of liquid smoke within the smoker. Sometimes it's so bad I have droplets forming everywhere. It's a real problem when smoking Oil.
Any tips? I had to idea of running the smoker at a low temp for short durations but extra virgin cold pressed oil doesn't like any heat.
Any brainiacs out there willing to lend a thought?
