Memorial Day Cook

So here we go with the first couple of pics. One of the prepped ribs with the presmoke rub. The other was just after they went on the smoker.

I just wrapped them for the next part of the journey. The tri tip will go on in about an hour.

Kenna has all of the sides going. Potato salad, baked beans, and deviled eggs. I will make a batch of guacamole in a bit but that will round it out. I will get some shots of everything when it’s done. I hope you all have a wonderful day.

One more thing. I tried Jeff’s rub for the first time today and I have to say I’ve found a new rib rub. My wife agreed with me on the rub. So thank you Jeff for this simple but delicious blend.

She should be thrilled and proud it all looked amazing. I finally broke down and some leftover brisket from the freezer and made some tacos.
