Make sure it STAYS lit

I got complacent last night and suffered a 12 hour set back for it. I started three pounds of unsalted sweet cream butter in my 44 about 7 PM. Got a good ember going in the AMNPS, shut the door and went to bed.

Went out to check on it this morning and found the ember died within a half inch of where I left it. Had I done my usual routine of checking it a coupla' times before I left it alone, I would have discovered that and not had a bad morning.
