Breakfast Haystack Remix (First Cook on New Blackstone)

I bought a new 17” Blackstone Griddle with a hood last month at a benefit auction…I paid more than what I would have elsewhere, but the proceeds went to a daycare center for handicapped children where my wife used to work before we were married, so I felt justified in the extra expense…
Finally this morning I got it unpacked and assembled and this was the first cook…

Thin sliced a couple purple potatoes from our garden, sprayed the hot griddle with oil and threw them on…
After they were on a few minutes I added the egg mixture…
3 eggs
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon of milk
Once the eggs congealed I pushed them to the back corner to finish cooking…

I sprinkled Farm Dust seasoning on the potato slices and sprayed them with oil whenever I flipped them… about 6 times total

Eggs got done, but potatoes needed a few more mins… here you can see my fancy table better lol !

Popcorn chicken done in the air fryer…

My wife made a white sauce using This Recipe .

Topped with shredded cheddar and Secret Aardvark hot sauce…

It was a delicious breakfast for the chilly fall morning we had this morning!
