You can go to radio shack and get one of these like what the post said.

You can power it with an old cell phone charger and set it on top of the stack for more draw. I used one in a different application and hooked it up to a rheostat and a knob switch to control the speed of the fan but it's in a box where I could mount the switch.

I'm new here - but thought I'd offer a possible solution to the chamber issue in not drawing properly.  If you don't want to turn the heat on and off after adjust for a trickle smoke - add one or two candles to the base of the chamber.  Add or subtract to desired rise.
