K-Tex ready to do some smokin

Just found the forum, looks like a great community to join and learn.  I live in the greater Kansas City area on the Kansas side of the state line.  Grew up in Texas and still have strong ties there.  I own a Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker and my grill is a Beef Eater Signature.  

Plan on really putting them to task this summer.  Haven't used the Weber a lot but that is going to change.  

I look forward to becoming a part of the Smoking Meat Forum!
