Breakfast was Heuvos Rancheros.
Corn tortillas fried in bacon grease, four eggs sunny-side, topped with Chile Colorado, with quesadilla cheese and Serrano pico de gallo.

Dinner was Grilled Venison, Backstrap and Tenderloins.
