ok I have seen you all doing buck board bacon and I have got to try this. im thinking a big 2lb chunk of it in some green beans and taters cooked all day sounds greeeaaat! where do I start? the pork part is easy enough, what cures, ratios spices ect ect. gonna cold smoke with apple/hickory,,, just goes good on pork.
