That food looks like it was delicious Charlie!  I spent some time on the road in my younger working life.  I don't miss it much, so I don't envy you...but if ya gotta travel, it sure is nice to do it in style!  Good on your company for sparing no expense to make your travels as comfortable as possible.

Nothing wrong with that, I used to eat at a lot of great places when I traveled a lot,

BTY  at Trulucks in Dallas they have a fillet similar to that shrimp, lump crab &   béarnaise

X2 on Truluck's.  Used to hit the original in Houston quite often:  everything was always top-notch.  Those garlic parmesan mashed spuds are ridiculous!
