Roasted a 10.85lbs and smoked a 6lbs Rib Roast on the kettle with hickory bark, thats a 2’x4’ cutting board , turned out great

Thanks, I wasn't sure if it was just all corn or whether there were other components.It's sweet corn we grow then freeze a bunch to have great tasting corn all year long. Not quite as good as straight off the cob but mighty close!
