Grilled Salmon pieces

Yesterday decided to grill the belly and odd shaped pieces from the two Salmon the wife caught on Friday. Coated with some meyer lemon infusion oil with a slight sprinkle of fresh dill. CAPITAL YUM!!!

That's a thing of beauty Craig!

We do the same thing, when I make lox.

All the trimmings go right on the grill or in the smoker.

My wide would be all over those pieces!  I prefer salmon smoked, but she takes it however it's prepared.

I'll show this to her later.  It's getting close to lox time here!

Yeah, typically I would have smoked those parts but:

#1 The wife caught this batch of Salmon, so she wore the pants.

#2  We have so much Salmon in the freezers,   I really didn't want to spend the time making space for these pieces.
