Cabbage halfs and quarters stuffed in 5gallon pail....salt and black/white pepercorn.... warm water + 3 weeks @ 50 to 60F.... mmmmm....
last pic: cabbage stuffed yellow peppers salad, (done 3 weeks ago) with smoked kielbasa + beans. simple and tasty..lol...

Man that looks great. We love all things cabbage in my house.
 
All things fermented... I like to let some get really funky then use it in a stew or pot roast.
