Leftovers Chicken Tortilla Soup

Nice post and great use of the extra chicken! My wife makes an outstanding chicken tortilla soup. She makes her own chicken broth for the base - calls it her Liquid Gold. I’m going to share your recipe with her and see if there are any elements she can use.

Looks great Jeff! Chicken tortilla soup is delicious! I made some not too long ago, great stuff but the amount of tortilla strips I put on mine would be enough to make you want to slap me into Keto!

It freezes well too (minus the toppings)
