I have a Lodge cast iron wok and a charcoal Webber Kettle: I’ve been using them together for making stir fry. Removing the 12inch center insert from grill grate lets the wok recess perfectly. Maybe that is already obvious to everyone…But it was delicious epiphany for me.

The charcoal gives most of the heat; but having the propane ignition system helps to control the temperature a bit.

Last night’s dinner was chicken and shrimp fried rice.

That is awesome... I have a cast iron wok and I must now try it on the grill.

Made many awesome meals in that wok. :emoji_cat:
