Yup I'm one of those people.
So far it looks like rock crabs,wings and pork loin.
The only thing so far prepped is the pork loin.It s swimming in a low salt brine with the main liquid once again being Ocean Spray Cranberry/Blackberry 100%.1 cup juice/1cup water and an 1/8th cup salt.This will bath until Sat. morning and then sit in the fridge until smoke time with nothing more than a lite coating of spog.
Crabs will be steamed in nothing more than garlic and habenero powder.
Wings are just wings.Smoked and then finished on the Q.They'll be tossed in Melindas Red Savina sauce.What I do afterwards is up to me...
