Seasoned up ribs and put in smoker for 4 hrs at 260F. I used Maple.
Turned out very tender and tasty. I was a little concerned as have had issues with them not being done. Thankfully, it worked today.
Served with twice baked potato and made batch of bbq sauce.

Yumm-mmmy! Tender and tasty!

Looks good. Country style ribs can come from the loin or rib section, leaner meat like loin, or they can come from the shoulder, the butt, I prefer the the shoulder cut and they are much more forgiving in the cook. Yours look to be from the loin/rib section. Go easy on the temps.

Looks good! That big potato is calling my name.

They look good from here. I load up on bbq sauce with my CSR mainly because I don’t put much work into them!

I’m stuffed from my ribs…. But I could find some room for summa that! Looks good.
