Smoked country style ribs in the smoker. Put in at 260F for 4 hours. I wrapped them 1/2 way through and think it gives a more tender product.

Made a batch of bbq sauce (ketchup, brown sugar, molasses and some seasonings. IT's a nice thick sauce (DUH, go figure with molasses)

My wife made up a simple salad of tomato, cucumber, green onion and feta topped with salad dressing.

Yummy!
