Country style ribs AGAIN!! with Qview

  1. Our local Dillons butcher once again had some fine CSRs cut and on sale!!

    Smoked over apple at 230F. Did a basic 2-2-1, mopping some Sweet Baby Rays after the foil.

    Oh my, was good!! Only bummer was the lack of leftovers to take to work!!
