No worries about missing this. Nothing special just felt like posting it.
I am opposite the wife loves these, I am like meh. I need to spice these up some.

Try making it like Saltimbocca...Stuffed with Prosciutto de Parma, Fontina or Sharp Provolone and Parm Reggiano. Serve on sauted Spinach with Garlic...JJ
